Don't you just hate hitting that sticking point? Something that you cannot overcome. No matter how hard you try.
Solution: Stop running into the wall
Run over, under, around, or through any obstacle you may face. But you just need to know how to handle the situation.
Change your attitude. You can never change the outside world around you. So, don't get mad over spilt milk, or politics, or the economy, or that annoying coworker. This reduces the stress in your life.
Adapt your method of approach. Insanity is doing the same thing over and over while expecting different results. So, do something different and see how well that works for you.
Progress through your days. Do not be stagnant. Don't feel like you are taking one step forward and two steps back. Perfect example: an hour at the gym followed by a quick stop through McDonald's® drive-thru.
Persevere through setbacks and obstacles. Life is what happens when you make plans. But, nothing happens when you do not take action. Stick it out and commit to your goals. Stay focused and driven.
Transform into an unstoppable machine of filled with drive. You can overcome any obstacle or challenge set before you. Don't avoid the problem; rather seek the solution and rise up.
You can only transform if you have a solid foundation.
